Mostly focused on changes to clocks. This was done manually as vendor-wit.sh needs to be updated.

Thanks! This'll require updating vendor-wit.sh since we are trying to disallow manual edits to WITs. Is it too difficult to update it in this case? Or is there a reason this should be exceptional? |
