This commit adds a new option to the `wasm-tools component wit` subcommand which can be used to print out human-readable WIT files for the entire `Resolve` representing a component or package. This is intended to be a tool for exploring multi-package builds or the entire tree of dependencies within a component rather than just the "root" package. This is especially useful when working with an actual component implementation as today it simply has links to other interfaces since the "root" package is synthesized. This command allows exploring the entire package graph.
