macOS tests are silently skipped. The comment in install.py:32-33 explains why (rate limiting), but perhaps this could be resolved with a GH_TOKEN? Also potentially the rates are increased by running in the bytecode alliance org?

    Looks like tests are passing normally with macOS re-enabled, going to close this for now
