My Mentorship Program - Brad Voris
This mentorship program is built around one-on-one conversations to understand your true career goals — beyond just making money. It’s designed for those passionate about people, process, data, and technology. Together, we’ll assess your current skills, experience, degrees, and certifications against your desired role, then create a personalized career plan to bridge the gap. This program follows a Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development (CI/CD) model, evolving over time as you grow and your goals develop.
I've been running a mentorship program since about 2012.
I established this program to help individuals wanting to gain entry into the IT field. This program has since morphed into career transitions, entry level (high school & college students) career planning, and in the last 5 years Information Security and Cybersecurity.
My main reasoning for establishing a mentorship program was that when I started in IT in the late 90's there weren't very many mentors out there. There were no established mentorship programs available. I wanted to change that and build something to help others.
This is a two way street, if you want help and put in the effort you will get the help you need. Respect my time and I will respect yours. Time is valuable so lets not waste either of ours.
This is a life long mentorship program.
There is no cost or fees. This is just doing the right thing.
We develop an individualized career plan for you based on what you want to accomplish.

Our initial meeting is typically a video chat for 1 hour.
I typically introduce myself, current employer, certifications, experience, skills, etc.
I have to understand what it is that you want to do. The answer cannot be "make lots of money".
You can make a lot of money doing less stressful jobs.
You have to have a passion for people, process, data and technology.
This is a CI/CD model... Continous improvement and continous development. Together over time we figure out where you want to go and how you can get there.
Reach out! I'd love to help you get started.
