alpha release?

Hi,

I know that butte is still under heavy development but would you mind making a first alpha release for crates.io? Something like 0.0.1–alpha.1 😅

I think it is at a point where it became usable, at least for careful experiments.

@lovesegfault I've been using this in production, which should terrify you a little. Would be nice to have a release cut. :)
