use mobiledoc-html-renderer and mobiledoc-text-renderer for copying html/text to paste externally

#203 adds basic external copy/paste support but it uses the browser's native APIs for grabbing HTML. This should eventually use the mobiledoc-* renderers to turn the selection into html and text to put into the event's clipboardData.
