codec flags displaying issue

Unlike other flags, audio language and subtitle language flags in IncludesCodecFlagging.xml are shown in texts, whose font size are both secondary.info.small. However, secondary.info.small doesn't exist in Font.xml when using arial font, and consequently cause a displaying issue comparing with other image flags since the text flags looks quite oversized.
