FC Modern - Polish translation

First attempt to translate FC Modern into Polish language.

Hello @Belim and @BestiaPL,

I independently prepared and tested a complete Polish localization for FluentCleaner Modern 26.09.01 x64.

The translation has been proofread and synchronized with the current en-US resource file:

325/325 current resource keys included

no missing or additional keys

all format placeholders such as {0}, {1} and {2} preserved

valid UTF-8 XML

tested in the released application after generating the PRI resources with makepri.exe

I have attached a ZIP containing the complete Resources.resw file and a screenshot of the Polish interface. I hope it can help review and finalize pull request #200. Please feel free to use the complete file or incorporate any corrections from it.

During testing I also noticed that the Winapp3 and Winappx descriptions remain in English. Their translations are present in Resources.resw, but the two English sentences are currently hard-coded in FluentCleaner/Views/SettingsPage.xaml, so they cannot be localized through the resource file.

The translator credit in the file is: DariuszKu.

Would you prefer to incorporate this file into #200, or should I submit it as a separate pull request?
