Note: For this story we should remove all the flags from inspect-builder and also remove the command inspect-remote-builder.
The output of the command should look something like:
Local builder
===
Remote builder(default)
ameyer-pivotal
changed the title
Add inspect-builder and make it support a --no-pull flag. It should behave similarly to inspect-remote-builder, except on a local image.
Rename inspect-remote-builder to inspect-builder and have it display both local and remote builder information

- Rename `inspect-remote-builder` to `inspect-builder`
- `inspect-builder` output remote and local builder information

@sclevine@joaopapereira Validated that inspect-remote-builder no longer exists as an available command and using the inspect-builder shows some info for both remote and local builder. I'm assuming that this is acceptable for the scope of this story, as #22 specifies additional information to be displayed and can be handled separately.
