Restore Ubuntu installer page slug
Renaming this file changes its canonical docs URL from /docs/agent/self-hosted/install/ubuntu to /docs/agent/self-hosted/install/1ubuntu, but navigation and redirects still point to the old slug (for example data/nav.yml:296, config/routes.rb:123 and :434). The page resolver only loads an exact #{basename}.md match (app/models/page.rb:226-231), so requests to the documented Ubuntu path now resolve to a missing file and return 404.
