Clarifies when zero-length segments are required in the geometric definition

The requirement for zero length segment of type IfcCurveSegment is impossible to satisfy if the geometric representation is not IfcCompositeCurve or one if its derived types

I was never a fan of the zero length segment. This is why IfcGeometricRepresentationContext has a Precision attribute. The semantics in the model matter.

If we want redundancy and clarity from the source application, I would propose something similar to the existing CoG Geometry concept template e.g. Segmented Curve End Point Geometry to capture this end point information.

This would make the intent semantically clear and not confuse how segmented curves are compiled.
