Obsolete NOTE on schema version update in IFC example files

Some example files have a note to update the schema version, but this seems to be no longer necessary. For example

IFC/Examples/Basic geometric shape/Examples/Extruded solid/File.ifc

Lines 18 to 19 in fedaf6d

	/* NOTE schema name to be replaced with 'IFC4' after the final release ------------------------ */
	FILE_SCHEMA(('IFC4'));

Thanks for reporting this. These files are currently maintained here [0] for the latest version of the spec under development. This particular issue seems to have been addressed already. If you observe other issues let us know.
