Missing IFC complex property in template for property sets for objects Ifc4.0.2.1.

The documentation on the BuildingSMART website for the reference view shows there is a template for an object to have complex properties (see: https://standards.buildingsmart.org/MVD/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/RV1_2/HTML/link/property-sets-for-objects.htm).

I downloaded the Ifc 4.0.2.1. baseline in this repository and imported it in IfcDoc, but found out the Property Sets for Objects template does not support IfcComplexProperty. This is the same template diagram shown in IfcDoc:

If I would like to use complex properties in my property sets, how would I do that?
