Problem Statement

I'd like to use this in an aarch64 OCI container which uses musl as its libc, without having to compile.

Proposed Solution

A Python musl wheel would be a very helpful addition to the existing manylinux (glibc) wheels.

Compiling, but we try to avoid that.
