We're going to let the
vsce packagestep take care of creating the version, tagging the commit, and pushing it; then follow up with publishing to the registries with the created.vsixfile.(This was previously failing because we couldn't supply both the version and the vsix path to
vsce publish: https://github.com/bufbuild/vscode-buf/actions/runs/21220751228/job/61054520044#step:9:10.)
