On a PR's Files changed tab, focus mode now steps through only the changed chunks of a markdown spec, with the real surrounding text faded for context and d to switch to the whole spec. m opens a comment box for the current chunk (or just the selected text), previews the file lines it maps to, and either adds it to your pending review (⌘↵) or posts it straight away (⇧⌘↵); chunks outside the diff become file comments that quote them. Since GitHub's rich diff has no line numbers, src/lines.js aligns the chunk's words against the PR's patch from the API, covered by tests using a real spec-kit patch. Comments go through the background worker using a token set on a new options page. Checked end to end in Chromium against github/spec-kit#4739 with the write endpoints mocked, so real posting and GitHub's newer Files changed UI are still untested.
