bump to node 24

@lenoxys just checking with you , since you use the dev version a lot, do you have any issues with the node bump?

@max246 no issues, my plugin users are already advised to use Node.js 24 because of the PKCS fix that helps with stream issues. I'm in favor of this bump.

One thing to note — Node.js 24 drops official armv7l (32-bit ARM) binaries. This means Raspberry Pi 2 users and anyone running 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS on a Pi 3/4 won't be able to upgrade, but worth keeping in mind.
