feat: add FamiLock E34 (T85P0, type 209) support - #876

Registers the FamiLock E34 smart lock alongside the existing T85V0 pattern: device type enum + model label, full DeviceProperties and StationProperties, DeviceLockCalibration command, SN prefix / isLock* predicates, and inclusion in the smart-lock P2P command and param routing in Station and P2PClientProtocol.

Adds support for the FamiLock E34 (T85P0, device type 209).
It reuses the smart-lock P2P protocol already used by T85V0 and T85L0, so it's wired into the same code paths without introducing new handling.
