This is a quick maintenance release primarily to fix one bug specifically with Numpy v2 that caused pyCUFSM to error out in CFSM analyses. This release also bumps matplotlib by one patch version in the locked dev dependencies, as matplotlib v3.9.1 was yanked by upstream developers.
