Update Brimcap-bundled Zeek to new release

As of GA Brimcap tagged v1.2.0, the bundled Zeek is based on Zeek v3.2.1, which is quite old at this point. As of August, 2022, the current Zeek release is v5.0.0. To become current, we'd need to update our port at https://github.com/brimdata/zeek to take advantage of the new functionality, have the benefit of current bug/security fixes, etc.

Verified using GA Zui v1.6.0 which uses GA Brimcap v1.6.0. As shown in the attached video, the bundled Zeek is now at version 6.0.3. Dragging a sample pcap into Zui, we can see some additional log types from the newer Zeek that were not generated from the older v3.2.1-based artifact, e.g., known_services, known_hosts, and ocsp.
