Update to 1.8.2 and fixes

• removed id export as it was mistakenly taken from the 2.0.0 beta and does not exist prior.
• fixed exports
• updated dependency on common-tags to 1.8.2
• fixed createTag to be generic about its argument instead of using any

This should be a working version now. Feel free to open issues if problems arise.
