List of initial (pre-import) fixes to names

The fixes might affect matching author and abstract_presenters.

• 2019: 07-fix-affiliations.r (two typos in chair/discussant names)
• 2020: none, it seems
• 2021: 04-full-program.r (fixes a few names)
• 2022: 04-full-program.r (fixes a few names)
• 2023: 04-participants.r (fixes quite a few names)

List of initial (pre-import) fixes to affiliations

The fixes remove a few multiple affiliations (2020), and tries to have those affiliations coded as "Univ. of X && Univ. of Y" (2020, 2021, 2022), but this is very imprecise and misses some dual/multiple affiliations, as shown in the Google Sheets of corrections.

• 2019: 07-fix-affiliations.r (fixes 2 cases in chairs/discussants)
• 2020 (1): 01-data.r (crazy number of manual fixes)
• 2020 (2): 05-full-program.r (removes 5 dual affiliations)
• 2021: 04-full-program.r (fixes ~ 100 affiliations)
• 2022: 04-full-program.r (fixes ~ 250 affiliations)
• 2023: 04-participants.r (fixes quite a few affiliations)

Other initial (pre-import) fixes

• 2021: 04-full-program.r ('Shared by Panellists' special value removed from chairs and discussants; an alternative would be to re-add all participants to the affected panels as c and d in those panels, but that would just create a lot of duplicated ties, although with a different role marker)
