Remove histogram/time-series measurements as they are made obsolete by hdrhistogram #375

Description

@nitsanw

hdrhistogram offers a superior latency capture container to current containers. It's functionality covers the histogram functionality with better precision and reporting, combined with the removal of the maintenance overhead from this projects maintainers.
When used in combination with the periodic logging to file of interval histograms, hdrhistogram also removes the need for the time-series measurement type by offering additive, lossless, histogram capture on disk with low space overhead. The interval log can be used to reconstruct latency over time histograms for any sub period in the benchmark run period without compromising percentiles accuracy. The sub period resolution is limited by the logging interval.
This should also remove the need for "warmup" as the offensive measurements can be simply ignored when post processing the latencies log.
I'm happy to do the work if maintainers are happy with the suggested functionality :-)
