make install drops the Perl module R2R_Stockholm.pm into bin, tripping the 'Non-executables were installed to bin' audit. Install it into libexec and point SelectSubFamilyFromStockholm.pl there via use lib. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
