* start of refactoring * more progress on refactor * lumpy as standalone * incremental fixes * single CLI * still run other filters even without mosdepth * allow lumpy to use svtyper directly * filter BNDs with too little support * add BND filtering inside of lumpy * allow skipping extra filters * add merge command and allow svtyper to keep reference calls * rename everything to smoove * show installed software in main command * filter cnvnator calls on q0 column * check file sizes in paste also small opt in svtyper * parallelization fixes * more error checking * update readme with new setup
