[bug] Issue with equal/plus key on French keyboard

Hi,
When I set keyboard 5 in autoexec.txt, and I use an azerty (French) keyboard, the equal/plus key do nothing. (under the real Agon Light 2)
Under the Fab Agon Emulator, it is the same case, but the plus key of the numpad do the job.
I think it is just a swapped keycode.

This is not an issue with agon-mos itself. It is an issue with vdp-gl and I did a pull request for a fix there.

I'll keep this card open - we are waiting for a new release for vdp-gl anyway as the latest is not visible to the Arduino library manager.
