Steps to Reproduce

1. Fresh profile
2. Purchase and enable VPN
3. Change protocol to IKEv2
4. Return to NTP
5. Switch to another region using the 'quick switcher' from the hamburger menu

Actual result:

No crash

Verified on iPhone 12 running iOS 17.0.3 using version 1.58 (23.10.16.14)

Using STR in #8235 (comment), ensured the following cases do not reproduce the issue.

• Fresh profile

• Existing profile

• Verified crash is not observed when switching region on IKEv2 on fresh profile as well as existing profile.
