VPN purchase goes into an infinite error loop

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean install TF build
2. Select VPN and select a plan
3. Login if prompted and purchase a plan
4. VPN may not install
5. Restart the browser, goes into an infinite loop for error

Expected result:
No error loop just show once and keep quiet
