Playlist allowing playback while background playback continues from an open tab.

Description

Seems to happen when locking the device with both a background video playing on playlist and open tab. Reported by some users:

Doesn't seem to happen all of the time, would need to force only one playback item, could be happening on App state going into background on device lock or other...
