[Leo]: in-chat user consent update for new features

Description

When we need to introduce a new (experimental) feature we might need the user explicit consent to do so. We should have a simple in-chat way to update the user/renew consent.

Initial design here, I'm thinking the following content but it'll obviously depend on the requirements:

• Mini illustration describing the feature
• Title (one liner)
• Brief consent text. If we can keep it to around 300 characters would be ideal in terms of real state used.
• Accept/Decline
• A link to a "Learn more" page with full details if needed.

Is this for all AI chat users or only premium?

Relying on consent means it's imperative users understand what they're consenting to .. it also needs to be as easy to revoke consent as it is to give it.

Depending on the feature, it may be for all users or premium only, we don't know that at the moment.

And yeah, all these features would be also replicated on the settings section, so you can decide to remove them or not
