Tabs from other devices not working

Description

after updating Brave to v1.70.126 my tabs from other devices is blank and not showing my other devices and open tabs

Steps to reproduce

1. update brave to latest stable version
2. check tabs from other devices
3. nothing show

Expected result

should see other devices with open tabs

this happens on Windows and macOS.

my sync chain is also show multiples of the same device as well.

I am using 3 devices for syncing, my macbook Pro, mac mini, and work pc.
