Changing model requires a manual refresh for Leo to respond

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a dummy BYOM
2. Set it as default
3. Open Leo and ask a question
4. Shows network error
5. Switch to Free model/Premium model
6. Doesn't auto-retires, error message remains on screen
7. Manually Retry, Leo responds when manually changing model

Expected result

Maybe manually changing model should automatically dismiss the error and continue responding
