Youtube live stream crashes constantly

Description

When watching YouTube live streams for approximately 20-24 seconds, the stream crashes while the live chat continues running. I have removed all of my extensions and even tried using a private window, but the problem still occurs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Watch any live streams on Youtube
2. Wait for 20-24 seconds

Actual result

Youtube live stream crashing

Expected result

The Youtube live stream continues to run

@rebron For instance, I was listening to this live stream, and I waited about 10-25 seconds it crashed while the chat was still running. I think it happens on every live stream not just a particular live stream.

I don't think the crash ID was any help since the time it crashed does not match the time on the reported at all
