Installing && Purging Brave Snap breaks apt packaged brave app

Description

Purging the Snap Store "Brave" package/app version of the app, including after apt reinstall.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install apt brave-browser package
2. Install snap brave package
3. snap remove --purge brave
4. Broken desktop brave

Actual result

Desktop brave breaks, gives out permission errors.

Expected result

Not broken

Can't reproduce.

Created a fresh Ubuntu 24.04 VM, installed the native package, customized config, installed the snap package, customized config, removed the snap package (including --purge), the native package was unaffected.
