Description
On Windows (not tested on any other OS) Brave browser does not provide a client certificate pop-up on the website which the client certificate is added for. This does work with other browsers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a client certificate to Windows using this guide.
- Validate that the client certificate has been added correctly by going to: Brave settings > Privacy and security > Security > Manage certificates. There the added client certificate should show up and make sure that under Advanced "Client Authentication" is turned on.
- Visit the website which the client certificate is added for.
Actual result:
Nothing happens, in this case the website resolves to the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page from Cloudflare (just as it does when no client certificate has been added to Windows).
Expected result:
When loading the page for the first time, there should be a client certificate pop-up.
Reproduces how often:
Every time.
