perf: create multi-token variants of braveWalletPinService.isTokenSupported & braveWalletPinService.getTokenStatus

Description

braveWalletPinService.isTokenSupported & braveWalletPinService.getTokenStatus currently have to be called once per-token.

To reduce the number of mojom calls from the frontend, we should allow checking lists of tokens, instead of only individual tokens.
