Holding the "back" button no longer displays previously visited sites

Description

In some builds on Android, holding the "back" button does not show the list of previously visited sites from that tab. This feature is useful and has been present until recently. There are no issues (that I've seen so far) that indicate the issue is with Chromium so it is possible that it is a Brave specific issue.

This can be particularly annoying, as one user states, when some websites "stick" you to the page you're on and pressing back simply refreshes the page. It essentially leaves you stuck on the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit sites in Brave on Android
2. Hold the "back" button

Nothing
