update branding on brave://management page

Description

Found while testing #25151, but you don't need a policy enabled to see the issue.

Branding on brave://management needs to be updated, shows Chrome logo.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to brave://management (with or without a policy enabled).

Actual result:

Expected result:

Chrome logo should not be shown
