Button text is not visible. Seems like a regression in CR105

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.44.75 x64 beta build
2. Open Menu -> Settings -> Brave Shields & privacy -> Clear browsing data
3. Button text is not visible

Actual result

Impacted buttons

Clear data	Add Address	Add Card	Install App shortucut
		Can't take screenshot but has the same issue

Button text should be visible
