Description

UI doesn't correctly reflect values after a failed transaction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set miner tip to 0 and submit a transaction
2. Ensure the transaction fails and you get instant notification
3. Resend the transaction
4. Miner tip is set automatically
5. Go to edit
6. No option (slow/medium/fast)is selected on Basic
7. Switch to Advance miner tip still shows 0
8. Reload the page, value gets updated

Expected result:

Should automatically update the UI without having to reload the page
