[CW] Memory usage still spikes at intervals

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.0.22 Dev component that has Eagerly clean module cache when using argon2.hash KeyringController#14
2. Open Task manager and go through account creation process
3. Memory spikes upto ~500MB on certain actions

Actual result:

Wallet Creation(~25MB)	Backup Secret Phrase(~25MB)	Lock Screen (~25MB)

Wallet Connect Popup (~300MB)	Wallet Connect (~500MB)	Wallet Connected (~50MB)

Expected result:

Should be lower

Easy
