[Android] Show complete eTDL+1 in URL display modal

Description

URL display modal doesn't show the complete eTDL+1. We should be showing the full domain name

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://random-path.github.com/brave/randompath
2. Tap on URL bar to go into edit mode
3. URL display modal only shows github.co... instead of github.com

Should show full domain

too much things involved to change that behaviour. I would leave it as it is now. When the URL is not focused we always show TLD, that thing only happens on edit mode, that kind of expected as to me as you edit that URL. cc @srirambv @jumde @anthonypkeane
