"cannot open source file cppgc/common.h" when compiling my project with latest release

Hi, nice project.
When I download the latest release(https://github.com/patr0nus/libnode/releases/tag/v17.0.1) into my project, I get a compile time error saying "cannot open source file cppgc/common.h".

This seems to be an issue in node tooling when building on windows: nodejs/node#40943
