I noticed you're thinking about Colab? Can anyone access their GPU resources? Do you think it's an easier way to use cloud computing, say, if you want something a little faster than a laptop but don't want to go through the trouble of setting up Compute Canada integration?

Yep, anyone can access the GPUs, you need to adapt your code to use them but. I saw some examples last week using Colab and it seems easy to use and faster than a normal laptop. It also can be hosted in google drive/github giving lots of flexibility for collaboration without having to configure the env. And also can run locally configuring the env.
