First release after forking repository to Brain Products association. The big new feature is the ability to downsample the data stream in real time. This uses 2nd order Butterworth filters for the anti-aliasing, so some artifacts are added to the signal. These are the same filters used by Brain Vision Recorder.

This release has not been thoroughly tested, so it is a pre-release.

Note: when downsampling to 250 Hz or below, it is a good idea to increase the chunk-size to 100 or higher.
