• Fix for [CLOSED] FR and JP translation fix for Getting Started index.html file #9328
• Kept jstree rename input text in the same position as the text before renaming
• Made unfocused pane header text slightly darker

Note: it's strange that the selection background on rename input shifts 2px down. We should fix that in a separate PR once we figure out a fix (it definitely can't be fixed using CSS).
