[CLOSED] Replace Dialog Animation pauses when stacked #6669

When the replace dialog takes 2 rows, the closing animation pauses after the first row is hidden for a second then the second row disappears without animating.
- Resize brackets so that the replace dialog spans 2 table rows
- Invoke the replace dialog
- Click in the editor to dismiss the dialog
- Observe animation.
I get test failures waiting for the dialog to close in CEF 1750; in one test failure instance, the dialog was stuck half open and couldn't be closed putting brackets in a bad state so I'm hoping that the animation stuttering at the end that I see in master with our current CEF is related.

- Windows vs Mac vs Linux (except for Native menus)
- 1 line modal bar vs 2 line modal bar (FindReplace with < 120 columns in editor)
- Native menus vs HTML Menus (single line title bar) vs HTML Menus (2 line title bar)
