I think that my translation of CMD_FILE_CLOSE_OTHERS and so on is a little bit better. Maybe you can take a look (you can change it in your code, too. That's fine by me.

The other changes are quite good (I don't know - were the englisch strings updated?)

I do agree, also preferring the existing translations:
"CMD_FILE_CLOSE_OTHERS" : "Alle anderen schließen",
"CMD_FILE_CLOSE_ABOVE" : "Alle darüber schließen",
"CMD_FILE_CLOSE_BELOW" : "Alle darunter schließen",

@mynetx please merge the latest strings into this PR.
