Avoid hiding content

Content that is hidden still uses active bindings. This can lead to a huge amount bindings if content used in a "layer like" fashion (VC4)

Avoid changing layouts

When a page is changed and the layout stays the same only the changed content is reloaded. If the layout changes with the page change the complete page is reloaded which can take much longer.
