Agenda

1. Decide which framework to use for development.
2. Talk about what we are going to do before the Milestone 1.
3. Discuss about the design and the tools will be used for the design.

Decisions

1. React.js will be used for the development.
2. Bootstrap will be used to ease CSS.
3. Research about Next.js and Vite.js.
4. By Milestone 1, interfaces for log in sign up and log out will be designed and connected to the backend.
5. A homepage with sample images will be coded.
6. General layout structure will be created.
7. Design and color palette to be decided in the process.
